Industrial Cleaning of Facilities and Assets
Removal of hazardous and non-hazardous build-up of process material, dust and debris from facility floors, walls, superstructures, ductwork and production assets.   Methods targeting the build-up include HEPA and high volume vacuuming, pressure washing, air chiseling, chemical cleaning, wet wipe down and other manual processes.
    Chrome Plating Facility – South-East
  • All electrical equipment locked out/tagged out, de-energized and covered with plastic prior to commencement of wet decontamination activities.
  • AEstablished proper containment and shielding around the immediate work  area in order to contain and collect all decontamination waste products.
  • AChemical treatment of Chrome impacted areas to loosen heavy accumulation.  A specialty product was applied to the surfaces of the facility to break up the contaminants and help leach the contaminant products from porous surfaces.
  • AFollowing the Chemical treatment soak, High Pressure Hot water washed the interior surfaces ceilings, walls, floor grates, flooring, equipment, piping and structures to remove the Chrome and Chrome Plating by-products.
  • AFinal rinse of the entire facility to ensure complete removal of any residual chemical cleaning products or material, liquids and sludge.
  • AAfter decontamination procedures, the contained and collected waste products were transported and properly disposed.
