Decontamination and cleaning activities utilizing up to 40,000 psi high pressure water units and media blast systems of up to 1,300 cfm to remove hardened product, manufacturing process materials, oils, chemicals, paint, coatings and other hazardous and non-hazardous constituents impacting surfaces and equipment. 
    Air Force Base – South-West
  • VIASANT crews were engaged to remove lead based paint from the interior surfaces of a 500,000 gallon cathodic water storage tank.
  • Media blasting was used to remove the lead based paint from the interior, and exterior, surfaces were high pressure washed to remove debris and loose paint.
  • After completion of the washing, primer was applied followed by the application of two coats of military spec enamel paint.
  • All lead based paint and debris was collected and properly disposed offsite.
    
   

Natural Gas Auxiliary Stations – Nation-Wide
  • VIASANT was engaged to perform decontamination, dismantling, and material handling activities at over 40 active compressor station auxiliary buildings throughout multiple states for a defined price and schedule.
  • Site activities included decontamination of PCB impacted floors, walls, and superstructures.
  • Removal of PCB impacted concrete and paint.
  • Floor encapsulation.
  • Removal of PCB impacted trench sludges
